Here at Active we feel it is very important to offer a back-up service. We therefore offer a range of repair & maintenance options:
- We can offer ad-hoc maintenance and repairs. Basically if anything goes wrong (regardless of whether we supplied the equipment) just give us a call and we can provide a no-obligation quotation to get you up and running again.
- Alternatively, we can offer a scheduled maintenance contract. Many of our customers opt for this service, since it actually saves them money! Preventative maintenance, particularly on projectors, is essential to maximise the product’s life (and in many cases to preserve the manufacturer’s warranty.) Cleaning the filters twice a year, for instance, can extend the projector’s lamp life considerably and prevent premature failure of both the lamp and the projector itself.
- In addition, we can offer an Emergency Callout Option. You simply decide what equipment you wish to cover and how fast you need us to respond in the event of a problem, eg sameday, nextday, etc.
